Tropic Air is a domestic and regional airline offering a range of destinations within Belize but also to neighbouring Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico and El Salvador. The airline operates a fleet of Cessna 182, Cessna 208 Caravan and Beechcraft 1900D aircraft on their short regional hops. The airline has its hub of operations at Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport, located in the country's largest city of Belize City.

Maya Island Air is another airline based in Belize offering destinations across Belize, the airline only offers domestic flights, unlike Tropic Air. Similarly to Tropic Air, Maya Island Air also operates a large number of services out of their hub at Belize City's Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport. The airline operates a fleet of regional Britten-Norman BN2A Islander, Cessna 182S, Cessna 208B Caravan and Gippsland GA-8 Airvan aircraft on its services.
