Clic Air, formerly known as EasyFly, is a regional carrier operating flights in Colombia. The airline primarily operates scheduled passenger flights to domestic destinations in Colombia including Bogota, Cali, Cartagena, Cucuta, Florencia, Medellin, Neiva, Puerto Asis, Saravena, Tumaco and Yopal.
Clic Air was founded in 2006 and officially launched operations in 2007. Its initial focus was on serving intermediate cities and those that are not well-connected by other carriers. Over the years, Clic Air expanded its fleet and network, incorporating Airbus A320 aircraft and adding more destinations to its route map.
The airline is based at El Dorado International Airport in Bogota, the capital city of Colombia.
Passengers flying with Clic Air are permitted one free carry-on bag that must not weigh more than 10kg or be larger than 55 x 40 x 20 cm in dimensions, including handles and wheels.
Passengers can also bring a personal item - this could be a purse, laptop bag or small handbag - that must fit under the seat in front of you.
Clic Air's basic fare does not include any checked baggage allowance. If you need to take checked baggage with you, you can add this on during the booking process at an additional cost.
Clic Air only offers one cabin class - this is Economy class. This is because Clic Air operates on a low-cost carrier business model, providing affordable flight tickets by eliminating extra amenities that are usually offered in Premium Economy, Business and First Class..
The Basic Fare is the most affordable option when flying with Clic Air. It doesn't include any checked baggage allowance - this will need to be purchased separately.
The Plus Fare includes 15kg of checked baggage and allows you to book your seat in advance.
With the Flex Fare, passengers can bring a 20kg checked bag, choose seats and also have the ability to change or cancel their flight for a fee.
Online and airport check-in is available for Clic Air flights. Opening and closing times vary.
For passengers who want to check in online, Clic Air online check-in will open 36 hours before the flight is scheduled to depart, and close 3 hours before takeoff. After online check-in closes, check-in will need to be done directly at the airport.
If you cannot check-in online, you will need to check in at the airport. Clic Air's check-in counters open 2 hours before the flight is scheduled to depart. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2-3 hours before your flight's departure time to allow yourself enough time to check-in any baggage, clear security and reach your boarding gate.
Clic Air doesn't currently provide in-flight entertainment - this is because it operates as a low-cost carrier and eliminates additional services like in-flight entertainment to provide affordable ticket prices.
To keep entertained on your Clic Air flight, we recommend bringing your personal device with downloaded TV shows/movies to watch during your flight, or a book/magazine to read.
Clic Air doesn't have a frequent flyer program however it does offer a loyalty program called ClicPass.
ClicPass is Clic Air's loyalty program that gives passengers access to discounts and benefits, but not points and miles like a frequent flyer program. ClicPass is free to join. It offers occassional promotions and special offers to its members.
Clic Air's current network covers a wide range of destinations in Colombia, including major cities like Bogota, Medellin and Cali, and well as island destinations like San Andres and Providencia.
