As Andorra is bordered by Spain and France, you can choose to initially arrive in either country. If you'd rather visit France first, then Perpignan–Rivesaltes Airport would be your best bet.

To get from PGF to Andorra la Vella takes just under 3 hours by car or taxi and 7 hours by public transport, requiring several buses and trains.
