Blue Islands Limited is an airline which operates in and near the Channel Islands. Its main bases of operation are Guernsey Airport and Jersey Airport. Blue Islands operates scheduled services from and within the Channel Islands to the United Kingdom. In addition, this innovative airline has added a weekday, hourly shuttle between Jersey and Guernsey. Blue Islands used to operate under the Flybe livery since June 2016, but since Flybe ceased operations in March 2020, Blue Islands started its own operations.

All passengers can enjoy free checked baggage regardless of the fare class (Blue Fly/ Blue Plus). The overall measurement of each checked-in piece(length+width+height)must be less than 158 cm and weigh less than 23 kg.
Blue Fly: passengers are entitled to one checked baggage not exceeding 23kg.
Blue Plus: passengers are entitled to two checked baggage not exceeding 23kg.
When flying with Blue Island, all passengers are entitled to one carry-on baggage and a personal item with a combined weight not exceeding 10kg for free. This must fit the dimensions of 55 x 36 x 20 cm (21in x 14in x 7in)
The personal item can be items such as a laptop or a handbag.
Blue Islands only offers 1 cabin class - Economy Class. However, there are a number of extras that you can purchase.
The aircraft that this airline operates have a low passenger capacity, and only one class of standard economy is available.
Due to the short length of inter-island flights, an inflight service will not be available.
On all other flights, the inflight service consists of a Bar and Duty-Free shopping. Choose from delicious snacks and drinks, and shop while you fly.
Enjoy comfortable seating on board, which have plenty of legroom to be able to sit back and enjoy the flights. The cabin crew will be on-hand to help and provide a great service.
Blue Fly: With the Blue fly fare passengers aren't entitled to any advanced seat selection, no ticket flexibility, and no option to move to an earlier or later flight. They do receive 250 Blue Skies Club Points and 1 23kg hold bag and 1 10kg cabin bag.
Blue Plus: Passengers who fly in Blue Plus receive access to all of the above plus 500 Blue Skies Club Points.

Blue Islands allows passengers to check in online and at the airport.
Blue Islands online check-in opens 48 hours before the flight's scheduled departure, it then closes 3 hours prior to departure.
Check-in using the surname of the passenger on the booking and the booking reference number.
Blue Islands airport check-in opens 90 minutes before the flight's scheduled departure, it then closes 30 - 45 minutes prior to departure.
Blue Islands flies to a number of UK destinations including Bristol, East Midlands, Southampton, Jersey and Guernsey. The airline also currently flies to Zurich, Ibiza, Mallorca, Barcelona, and Corsica and has future plans to open up a route to and from Rennes, in France.

Jersey Airport is located in the parish of Saint Peter, northwest of Saint Helier in Jersey, in the Channel Islands. One runway is equipped at the airport and in 2018, the airport was serving over 1.6 million passengers.

Blue Islands operates a fleet of ATR turboprop aircraft including the ATR 72-500 and ATR 42-320. These two aircraft types have a range between 1025 to 1180 miles. The ATR42-320 has a capacity of 46 seats whereas the ATR72-500 can accommodate 68 to 70 passengers onboard.
Blue Islands' planes are boarded via the rear so choose one of those seats if you're wanting to disembark quickly. The toilets are also located at the back of the aircraft.
