BINANCE PAY UP TO $500 DISCOUNT OFF FLIGHT BOOKINGS
Customers can receive a 3% discount (up to $500 USD or USD equivalent in their local currency) off their flight bookings when using Binance Pay as their payment method at checkout.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Alternative Airlines (Promoter) whose registered address is Suite 6F, Gatwick House, Peeks Brook Lane, Horley, Surrey, RH6 9ST, United Kingdom.
2. How to Access Discount
Here are the following steps to utilise the discount code:
1. Select any flight route and airlines of your choice, with as many passengers as you would like, then proceed to checkout.
2. Fill in your passenger details then contact information correctly
3. Click on the ‘Cryptocurrency' category, then select ‘Pay with Bitcoin, Tether, Ethereum and 50+ other cryptocurrencies’. Do not press ‘Continue to Payment’ yet.
4. Within the discount code box, you can enter code ‘BINANCE3’ to receive your discount. You should now see your discount applied within the Payment Summary box.
5. Click ‘Continue to Payment’ to proceed to the Cryptocurrency selection page.
6. On the Cryptocurrency selection page, please select Binance Pay as your payment option.
7. Click ‘Continue to Payment’ to proceed to CoinGate’s payment portal.
8. Within the CoinGate portal, please select ‘Pay with Binance Pay’ to make a payment.
9. Once you have made a payment, you will receive a confirmation via email along with your e-ticket.
3. Discount details
3.1. Eligible Customers will receive a 3% discount off the total booking value, up to a maximum discount of $500 USD or the USD equivalent in their local currency.
3.2. The discount will be applied to the booking immediately upon entering the valid discount code and selecting Binance Pay as the payment method.
3.3. The discount amount is based on the sub-total of the basket (fare including tax, payment surcharge, any ancillaries attached, multiplied by number of passengers) not the grand total, which is the value of the booking after deducting the discount.
4. Eligibility
4.1. The Binance Pay discount campaign will start on 1st July 2023, 00:00 UTC and it will remain open until 31st August 2023, 23:59 UTC.
4.2. The booking has to be made by someone aged eighteen (18) years or over.
4.3. The discount is not available for the following currencies:
- Great British Pounds (GBP)
4.4. Binance Pay is not available in certain regions/jurisdictions.
4.5. There is no limit on how many flights you can book during the campaign period.
4.6. If Alternative Airlines Ltd. suspects any fraudulent activities, Alternative Airlines Ltd. holds the right to cancel a flight booking or prevent issuance of any ticket without any prior warning.
4.7. The discount code is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other form of value.
4.8. Users must have a valid Binance Pay account.
5. Booking Modifications and Cancellations
5.1. All booking modifications and cancellations are subject to Alternative Airlines' standard terms and conditions. Please refer to the Company's website for more information.
6. Liability and Indemnification
Alternative Airlines Limited shall not be held responsible for the following:
6.1. Alternative Airlines Ltd. shall not be responsible for any issues arising from the insertion of incorrect contact and passenger information during the checkout process by the customer. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy and completeness of their provided information. Alternative Airlines Ltd. will not be liable for any losses, inconveniences, or damages incurred due to such inaccuracies or omissions.
6.2. The customer acknowledges and fully understands that cryptocurrencies, if chosen as a form of payment, are subject to extreme volatility and market fluctuations. Alternative Airlines Ltd. does not guarantee the stability, value, or future performance of any cryptocurrency used during the transaction. The customer assumes all risks associated with using cryptocurrencies as a payment method and acknowledges that Alternative Airlines shall not be held responsible for any losses, financial or otherwise, resulting from changes in cryptocurrency values.
6.3. Alternative Airlines Ltd. disclaims any and all liability, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by the customer or any third party, whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive, arising out of or related to the discount code campaign, flight bookings, or any other services provided. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, including but not limited to those arising out of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
6.4. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold the Company, its affiliates, partners, and employees harmless from any claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any discount provided.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and agree to the terms and conditions before participating in the discount code campaign or making flight bookings with Alternative Airlines. By using the discount code or engaging in any transaction, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to the limitations of responsibility outlined in this section.
7.2. The Company's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.
7.3. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7.4. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the participants regarding the Promotion and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements.
