The airline carrier operates out of its hub at Amakusa Airfield (AXJ), northwest of Amakusa, Kumamoto, Japan, on the Amakusa Islands. The airline was founded in October 1998 and commenced its operations in March 2000 with services from Amakusa to Fukuoka and Kumamoto.
