AirLink Express is Jamaica's domestic airline, which offer a range of services including Private Air Charter, Aerial Tours, Scheduled Services and Corporate Jet Charters. Their main hub is Sangster International Airport, in Montego Bay, which is Jamaica's largest international airport, and they operate to all Airports and Aerodromes on the island of Jamaica. Alongside covering all domestic destinations within Jamaica, they also offer some short routes to/from Jamaica.

Baggage Policy
Baggage allowances:
All AirLink Express aircrafts do not have a overhead baggage compartment. The airline will try to accommodate your baggage needs as best they can.
If they do not manage to fit your baggage onto your flight, it will be placed onto the next available flight, or be sent to you by road. If you would rather it be sent by road, you need to make prior arrangements with the airline before flying, and this can only be done if you're on a charter flight.
Any carry-on bags must be in accordance with the AirLink Express carry-on baggage policies, ensuring you have none of the listed prohibited items. This can be found on their website.
If you require mobility aid or medical equipment, this can be carried onto the plane for free, and won't be included in your standard baggage allowance.
Cabin Classes
AirLink Express Jamaica operate small aircrafts, meaning they have only one form of seating available. All flights are extremely short in length, and you can expect a high-quality service on board, with friendly and helpful staff.
Check-In
For Airlink Express Jamaica's scheduled flights please arrive 20 minutes prior to your flight for check-in and 15 minutes for a chartered flight.
The airline states that any passengers who have not received their ticket 15 minutes before departure, you will be denied.
Special Assistance
AirLink Express Jamaica offer special assistance for people flying children and pets.
Flying with Pets
AirLink Express Jamaica allows passengers to bring their dogs onboard for an extra fee.
- If your pet is under 15 pounds and in a special bag or container, they can be bought on for an extra $30 USD.
- If your pet is between 15 and 40 pounds, it must be placed in a secured and locked container, that can be transported in the luggage compartment. This will cost an extra $45 USD.
- It is a an extra charge of $55 USD for pets over 40 pounds, and they must in a special locked container in the luggage compartment.
Travelling with Children
AirLink Express Jamaica allows unaccompanied minors to fly with them, however they must follow the regulations below:
- Age 6 years or more are allowed to fly alone, however the following information must be provided - contact details of parent or legal guardian, as well as the address and phone of the person meeting the child at arrival destination.
- Ages between 2 and 6 must fly with an adult.
- Up to 2 years old must be accompanied with their parents or guardian.
- If you're a mother flying alone with twins or 2 infants, you will be required to book two adult seats and a car seat for one of the infants to sit in.

AirLink can arrange for someone to assist you at the airport if you contact their customer service team.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance Dogs are allowed onboard AirLink Express flights, however you will need to notify the airline beforehand.
