What is a Bassinet Seat?

Bassinet seats onboard an airplane are baby bassinets that can be attached to the bulkhead of the plane, in front of the regular seat. The bassinet seats are located at each bulkhead that separates the cabin classes and are the only seat options that allow you to attach a bassinet.

Benefits of a bassinet seat:

  • The bulkhead seats provide extra legroom for you and your baby during the flight. The extra space allows you to stretch out and not worry about intruding on the seats in front.
  • When booking these seats you will be the first to board and exit the plane due to the location of the seat.
  • You'll likely be first to receive the onboard service as the bassinet seats are located at the front of each cabin class.
