Air Flamenco is a small commuter airline based on the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico. The airline is operated by Air Charter, Inc, and has an established reputation within the Caribbean. Air Flamenco is committed to providing a safe and excellent service.
History
Air Flamenco traces its history back to Flamenco Airways, which was founded in 1976 by Ruben Torres Senior. Air Lamenco was established in 1998 by Ruben Torres Jr. and his brother, Francisco Torres. The first flights were between the islands of Culebra and Vieques, using a Cherokee 6, which has a capacity for just 5 passengers. In 2003, five years after established, Air Flamenco increased its fleet to 9 aircraft, and continues to grow — the airline currently operates 13 aircraft.
Air Flamenco flew under an air charter license until 2011. Today, the airline flies under a commuter air service air carrier licence, and is currently the largest Britten-Norman Islander operator.

The ticket includes 1 piece of checked baggage, with a maximum total weight of 30 pounds, for both check and carry-on baggage. The maximum size for each piece is 22 x 15 x 9.
One carry-on hand bag (brief case, purse,laptop, ect) per ticketed passenger is allowed. It is important to note that the maximum total weight of 30 pounds is for both carry-on and checked baggage. Pieces maximum size is 22 x 15 x 9.
Additional weight will be charged $1.00 per additional pound. Additional pieces can be added for $5.00 each plus $1.00 per pound.
Air Flamenco only has 1 cabin class - Economy Class. Air Flamenco focuses on giving its passengers quality service.
