Afric Aviation was a regional airline based in Port Gentil, Gabon. The airline carried many passengers between Gabon, Libreville, Gamba and Francefill before falling into a financial crisis that hit Gabon. The airline eventually suspended flights in 2017 due to financial difficulties. This suspension was supposed to last only 6 months but unfortunately, it was never recertified.

Port-Gentil International Airport is an airport that serves the city of Port-Gentil in Gabon. Airlines that fly to/from this airport include Afrijet, Equaflight, Nationale Regionale Transport and Tropical Air Gabon.

In June 2016, Afric Aviation flew its first operations to Oyem in North Gabon. This is the town's only recognised regular commercial flight service, flying 3 times weekly. This is operated on an ERJ-145, leased from the South African ACMI/charter specialist (Solenta Aviation). Africa Aviation also operates one ATR42-300 and one ATR72-200 (also leased from Solenta) on regular flights to Franceville/Mvengue and Port Gentil domestically and São Tome regionally.
