Aero Dili is a small airline that flies out of East Timor. The airline offers scheduled domestic flights within East Timor, as well as international charter flights, often flying to Indonesia. The airline flies to 4 destinations altogether.
The airline launched flights in August 2018. Although it mainly flies charter flights to Indonesia, the airline is currently the only airline offering scheduled domestic flights in East Timor. It is one of two airlines in East Timor. The other airline, Air Timor, focuses solely on international flights.
The airline's free baggage allowance will differ from flight to flight.
As a general rule, the airline offers a free carry-on baggage allowance for domestic flights and free carry-on and checked baggage for international flights.
If you've already made a booking, please check your e-ticket to find information on the baggage allowance for your flight.
If you're looking to buy flights, we'll show you the baggage allowance for your flight on the flight details.
If the free baggage allowance isn't enough for what you need, you have the option to add more baggage to your Aero Dili flight with Alternative Airlines.
The only cabin class that Aero Dili has to offer is Economy.
On the majority of its scheduled flights, the airline uses small Cessna propeller planes. These planes can have up to 7 seats, so they only have room for 1 cabin, which is known as Economy Class. Aero Dili's Economy Class is fairly basic
Seats are set out in either a 1 x 1 or 1 x 2 formation.
Due to short-flight times, the airline doesn't serve food or drink during the flight.
Aero Dili offers free WIFI on all of its flights.
You should be able to connect any of your WIFI enabled electronic devices to the Aero Dili network. If you're having difficulty finding the WIFI network, the airline's cabin crew will be able to assist.
The only regularly scheduled flights that Aero Dili flies are domestic flights in East Timor. Other than that, the airline flies unscheduled charter flights from Dili to different destinations in Indonesia. In the past, it has flown to Surabaya, Jakarta among other places.

Presidente Nicolau Lobato International Airport (DIL) is an international airport in East Timor and the hub airport for Aero Dili. The airline has used the airport as its hub since it launched flights in 2018. It's the main airport for the airline for both its domestic scheduled flights and its international charter flights. The airport itself is very small, it has just one runway and one terminal building.
Air Timor is the only other airline to use the airport as a hub. But, there are several other airlines that fly to/from the airport, including Airnorth, Citilink, NAM Air, Qantas, TransNusa and more.
The airline has a fleet of Cessna 207 and Cessna 172 planes. Occasionally, it operates flights in alignment with Air Asia and uses the airlines fleet for these services.
